The Moment
Morning Sunbeams Warm
Birdsong and crickets fill the cool breeze
Swinging trees
green leaves sparkle,
dance and sway with a "Hushhhhh" ...
Ah, Sweet Moment ... Eternal
Memories, first fond ... warm wishes, dreams and desires penetrate ...
then fade into darkness, heartache and misery.
Memories for those who suffer, and have suffered,
at the hands of men and in the name of God.
